RFC Portables strives to get your building to you as quickly as possible which is why we try to maintain a significant number of stock options in our inventory lot. These options can likely be delivered within a couple days of purchase. Portables that are not in inventory or have custom options can vary depending on size, the amount of custom options and even the weather. We do our best to give you an accurate delivery date that also works with your schedule. In addition, we like to keep in touch with our customers if there’s a change in the schedule so there’s no confusion. We know that we have seasonality and our busy seasons (Spring and Fall) may be inconvenient for you or that you may just need your building sooner. For those occasions we offer a rush order option for an additional fee.
You are responsible for contacting your local city and county agencies in regard to zoning, permits, setbacks, and covenants. Also, it is recommended that you contact your Home Owners Association (if applicable) to determine what neighborhood rules and regulations may be apply.
The amount of space required to deliver your building will depend on the size of the selected building. If you are concerned that you don’t have an adequate amount of space please contact us for spacing guidelines.
All of the materials used to construct our buildings (steel and trims, shingles and pressure treated lumber) carry a 20 to 30 year manufacturer’s limited warranty.
All of our buildings come with free delivery for the first 30 miles. Charges after 30 miles vary depending on the building size and location of delivery. These charges will be clearly stated prior to your purchase approval.
